2. Directory Listing Registration & Authenticity
When registering a business, advocate practice, medical center, school, or institution on Saran Index, you represent and warrant that:
- All information submitted by you is accurate, current, truthful, and complete.
- You are the authorized owner, legal representative, or administrator of the entity being listed.
- You will maintain and promptly update your listing details to keep them accurate and updated.
- Your listing operates legitimately within Saran District (Chapra, Bihar) and complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
3. Prohibited Content & Listing Use
You may not use Saran Index to post, upload, transmit, or promote any content that:
- Is false, misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, or defamatory.
- Contains illegal products, prohibited services, or unlicensed medical/legal practices.
- Infringes upon intellectual property, patent, trademark, copyright, or privacy rights of others.
- Contains computer viruses, malware, spam scripts, or automated scraping bots.
4. Moderation & Verification Rights
OfferPlant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, edit, verify, decline, suspend, or permanently remove any directory listing or review that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Saran Index platform, including design, source code, databases, website layouts, branding, graphics, and logos, are the proprietary property of OfferPlant Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Saran Index provides business contact details, services, addresses, and emergency information on an "as is" and "as available" basis for community convenience. While we make every effort to verify listing accuracy:
- Users are advised to independently verify critical services, emergency numbers, and professional credentials before engaging.
- OfferPlant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from transactions or interactions between users and listed entities.
7. AI-Generated & Automated Content Disclaimer
Saran Index utilizes automated data processing, algorithmic indexing, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to assist in data aggregation, bilingual translations (English & Hindi), transliterations, demographic summaries, and categorization.
- No Warranty on Automated Content: While algorithms strive for high fidelity, AI-assisted summaries or translations may occasionally contain inaccuracies, phonetic approximations, or incomplete records.
- Independent Verification Required: Users, customers, and researchers are strongly advised to independently verify all telephone numbers, addresses, pricing, certifications, and representative details directly with the respective business owner, professional, or government authority before entering into any transaction or reliance.
- Correction Requests: If you identify any AI-generated discrepancy or wish to update your listing data, please report it via our Contact Page or submit a business claim for instant ownership.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under or in connection with Saran Index shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chapra, Saran District, Bihar, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
